Mindfulness Class -Join local Potter, Denise Martzall and the Painted Lily, as they walk us through the steps of making our own bowls and using our creativity to put a little part of who we are into our work:  February 23, 2018 from 7:00-8:30pm at the Church of the Ascension, 2nd Ave & West St., Parkesburg.  Cost is $10 and includes all materials.  This cost also includes a $5.00 voucher for a service of $50.00 or more at FSWS. This is a Fundraising Event for the Empty Bowls Dinner.

Your bowls will then be kiln fired and be waiting for you with the collection of handmade bowls that will be at the Empty Bowls Dinner in March.  If you are unavailable to attend, we will keep your bowl for a later pick-up. Tickets for the Empty Bowls Event will be available for purchase.

What is the Empty Bowls Dinner?   The Empty Bowls dinner, which will be held in Christiana on March 24th,  is a celebration of art and community that brings awareness to hunger and the needs of those less fortunate in our communities.  We join together for a simple meal, in bowls made by you, our friends and neighbors.  All proceeds benefit the Food Cupboard.

Space is limited.  Bring your own snacks and beverages and make it a night out with your friends. Call to reserve your spot!  610-466-5141

We treat injuries from AUTO ACCIDENTS

Massage Therapy is one of the best forms of treatment you can receive after a car accident.  After going through a sudden trauma, having your body jolted by the impact, your muscles go into ‘protect mode’.   They  clamp down and tighten in the areas affected.  Neck and back pain (whiplash) is by far the most common complaint, but any area of the body can be affected.  Massage helps to relax these muscles and restore them back to their original states.  We also treat Work related injuries as well.
